1. Terms for Website Services


By hiringEZ4UBIZ for website services, you, the client, agree that EZ4UBIZ

will oversee all production related to the contracted project. Customers understand that a successful website launch requires multiple components, including a domain, server host, SSL Certificate, and labor for configuration. Purchasing a website build alone does not guarantee the website will be launched unless all required services are in place.

Customers may purchase:
Website development and expansion

Custom development work and change orders

Domain, hosting, and SSL Certificate setup (if requested)

Online marketing and brand consulting

If a customer chooses to purchase their own domain, they must transfer it to an account EZ4UBIZ controls or has access to. The hosting must also reside in an account EZ4UBIZ controls or has access to. EZ4UBIZ reserves the right to restrict access to these online assets and suspend services for non-payment.


2. Terms of Communication & A2P Messaging Compliance

Clients must maintain communication with EZ4UBIZ throughout their project. Our representatives will contact clients via phone calls, SMS, and email

to provide updates, request information, or discuss project changes.

A2P Messaging Compliance

Opt-In Consent: Clients must explicitly opt in to receive SMS communications via online forms, keyword responses, or written agreement.

Opt-Out Option: Clients may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or contacting [email protected].

Message Frequency: We ensure that messages are relevant and non-intrusive. No excessive or spam-like messaging will occur.

Data Privacy: We do not sell or share client phone numbers with unauthorized third parties.

If a client does not respond to our outreach for 30 days after project completion,

EZ4UBIZ reserves the right to pause all work until the client re-initiates contact.

3. Terms for Change Orders

All change requests must be submitted to [email protected]

. Complex requests should be submitted in writing and followed up with a phone discussion.


Not all changes are possible and are subject to feasibility.Some changes may require additional costs based on labor and development scope.

Unlimited changes are not guaranteed for every service.

4. Terms for Online Asset Management

To manage and support client websites, [email protected] requires access to domains, hosting, email, and related services.

Clients will receive a dashboard and login to view and manage their accounts. All accounts will be set up in the client’s name, phone, email, and billing information. Auto-renewal is enabled for domains, hosting, and related services unless canceled in writing. Clients can view transaction history and manage their own services.

Pricing for domain, hosting, email, and related services may change based on market rates.

5. Terms of Liability

By purchasing services, you acknowledge that EZ4UBIZ is not liable for monetary losses or damages arising during or after service completion.
EZ4UBIZ reserves the right to refuse service for contract breaches. Refunds are not provided for services already rendered. The primary purchaser represents their business/entity and must be of legal age and sound mind.

6. Terms for Client Retention Services

Scope of Services

EZ4UBIZ provides:


✔️ Customer loyalty programs


✔️ Account management & customer success strategies


✔️ Feedback collection & engagement strategies


✔️ Performance tracking (retention rates, churn, CLV)


✔️ Any additional mutually agreed-upon services


Service Duration


Minimum 1-year contract, unless terminated as per terms.Auto-renews annually unless either party provides 30-day written notice before renewal.


Client Responsibilities


Provide necessary customer data, transaction history, and relevant business information.

Participate in meetings and reviews to optimize retention strategies.

Support implementation of recommended retention strategies.


Confidentiality & Data Protection


Both parties must maintain confidentiality of business and customer data. EZ4UBIZ complies with data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). We implement security safeguards to protect sensitive data.


Performance Metrics & Reporting


Retention strategies will be measured using KPIs such as retention rates, CLV, and churn rates. Regular reports will be provided to assess and optimize the strategy.


Termination & Cancellation


30-day written notice required for termination.If the client terminates early, they must pay the remaining contract value.


Liability & Indemnification


EZ4UBIZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The client agrees to indemnify EZ4UBIZ against claims, damages, or losses due to client actions.


Dispute Resolution


Disputes will be resolved through informal discussions, followed by mediation if necessary.


Force Majeure


Neither party is liable for service failures due to uncontrollable events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government actions).


7. Amendments & Entire Agreement


Terms and conditions may be updated without prior notice.This agreement supersedes all previous agreements and representations.
